I have never read Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card--don't laugh, okay? Somewhere along the line this week or last weekend, I was reminded of the fact, and put in a request for a copy at the library.

It came in today, and I've not had a chance to dive into it. Can't wait.

Deuces forever? Give me a break. I need to check out The Outsiders on DVD from the library again. Definitely better than Deuces Wild.

Is it OK if I snicker a bit?

Anyhow, it's a really good, quick read.

Don't forget to read Ender's Shadow after finishing Ender's Game.

D'oh...I never read that one either =(

I did finally read "Stranger in a Strange Land" a couple of years ago...that's another SF classic that everyone's supposed to have read.

"I grok it in fullness".

I have to admit, I've not read Stranger in a Strange Land yet. I've picked it up a couple of times, but haven't read it. Heinlein, right?

Right, Heinlein.

I've wanted to pick up a few of his other books since, but haven't yet. Don't know why.

If you haven't read any Harlan Ellison yet, I'd also highly suggest his work.

I've read a little bit of Ellison, and need to read more. At this point, the only Heinlein I've read is Starship Troopers.
