A book and a movie
I have never read Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card--don't laugh, okay? Somewhere along the line this week or last weekend, I was reminded of the fact, and put in a request for a copy at the library.
It came in today, and I've not had a chance to dive into it. Can't wait.
Deuces forever? Give me a break. I need to check out The Outsiders on DVD from the library again. Definitely better than Deuces Wild.

Well...
Anyhow, it's a really good, quick read.

I did finally read "Stranger in a Strange Land" a couple of years ago...that's another SF classic that everyone's supposed to have read.
"I grok it in fullness".

I've wanted to pick up a few of his other books since, but haven't yet. Don't know why.
If you haven't read any Harlan Ellison yet, I'd also highly suggest his work.
