The latex gloves were never my favorites--sorry all you latex lovers out there.

While it took some time to get used to, the polyurethane ones were great! No powdery residue, and my hands didn't get all wonky after wearing them for an extended period of time.

Now, the only choice are the dozens of boxes of Esteem with Neu-Thera powder-free blue nitrile gloves availabe in all three sizes, small, medium, and large. The feeling of them is indescribable at this moment, but suffice it to say that I HATE 'em. I haven't gotten to the point where they're dead to me, but I dislike them immensely.

Just got an e-mail reminding me of Terry (and his sister's) birthday. Terry, if you recall is my college roommate that died as a result of cancer.

It makes me wonder if his sister would want a call, or not, and what the proper etiquette about it all would be.

So I'm a bit slow with the LJ tags thing. I wanted to start messing with it when I first read about them, but then didn't.

Now that I have started messing around with tags, I feel obligated to tag my previous entries appropriately. This will, of course, slowly drive me insane, but I do like being able to glance back at me Well DUH! calendar entries and silly stuff within a couple of clicks. . .

Guess I'll have to do it slowly but surely.

So, my Westell 327W router (don't laugh) was being flaky. It's acted this way before, rebooting every fifteen minutes or so, and only holding onto its DHCP settings for fifteen minutes as well.

Apparently, doing a factory reset and then restoring my backed up configuration works for some. It has, so far, worked. Still though, it seems like a real router is needed, no?

We'll make do for now.

The current episode of ST:TNG is Yesterday's Enterprise, one of my favorites because it has Tasha Yar, opening up Denise Crosby's appearance as a Romulan descendant of Tasha. It is also hilarious to me that Shooter McGavin served on the Enterprise-C as well.

P.S. Never mind, the router's borked (or must have felt my negativity about it).

P.P.S. Oh man, SLC Punk! is going to be on IFC tonight, and again later. Really, it's about the only Matthew Lillard movie that I actually liked.
