Well, got an appointment to have my wisdom teeth out. All the other follow up appointments for root canals, crowns, and cleaning total up near $5000.00

Yeah. Five THOUSAND dollars. Oy.

Went to Taco Bell because we weren't done with everything until nearly 7:15 or so. One sign advertised Taco Bell during Lent. All items can be ordered without meat. Interesting. At the next window, there was a sign that policy prevents Taco Bell from serving drive-thru customers who walk up to the drive-thru window. Apparently, this happens often enough that a sign and policy had to be drawn up. I can, however, remember doing something like that long ago at a Burger King in Miami. Only once.

Oh yeah, and did it in Gatlinburg, but it was a walk up window--no cars allowed.

i think i walked up to a burger king window because the main restaurant was closed and i wanted food. i also have tried this with wendy's or mcdonald's, i think, but they wouldn't give me service and i didn't have a car.

Guess I just never noticed any signs specifically stating that drive-thrus were for vehicular traffic before.

I have so walked through multiple drive throughs in my time. After sporting events when the inside of the resturant was closed and to get around the X amount of orders per vehicle and the paying fasico it would be, the coaches would let us walk through the drive-through. Thus this rule is my fault. I am to blame. so no meat on fridays from taco bell. how about you can go to Mardi-gra @ Universal on Lent and on Good Friday.

Well, the bulk of the cost is a result of needing root canals and crowns for the two teeth on the bottom that were impacted by my lower wisdom teeth. Those bottom wisdom teeth of mine grew in sideways and have caused quite a bit of damage.

Our cost just to extract my wisdom teeth is about four hundred dollars or so--don't know the full cost, if we didn't have insurance.

One thing that I AM really concerned about is being put under. I've never been on anesthesia--other than some local stuff.

Five thousand dollars? Oy gevalt. I'm suddenly glad for yet another reason that none of my wisdom teeth ever came in.

Sorry =( Insurance? *said hopefully*

Yeah, we do have insurance, however, it maxes out at $1000. I'll probably have stuff done over a period of time.
