Oh yeah, Monk

So THEY got rid of Sharona on Monk, eh? Replaced her with Traylor Howard from Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place--which I must admit Rachel caught LONG before I did. I didn't place the face, but Rachel did. Didn't know she was from Orlando. Cool. The other somewhat local person I liked was on (gasp!) Two of a Kind--yes, with Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen. Yup, I really liked good ol' Carrie--er, Sally Wheeler, but I digress.

Anyway, I was surprised that Sharona's character was done away with. Ahhh, I see, it was a money thing? I'm out of the loop. After last night's episode was done, I think I will easily get used to Natalie (Traylor Howard) and her daughter. Upset? Not I. Pleasantly surprised is more like it.

i thought she was sharona-esque. she dealt with monk similarly to sharona even before she really knew him. if you close your eyes and imagine a stronger accent, you might not be able to tell the difference :P

Sharonna-eque? Yeah, in a way. Definitely firm with Monk. Single mom. I wonder how much being widowed will come into play over the course of the season.

Easier on the eyes, though.

Bitty Schram was in A League of Their Own so she gets points for that. Or something.
