Odd

While it's altogether too early to tell which way Ivan will go, I already have an odd errand to take care of. So, this time, I absolutely, positively MUST get my hair cut tomorrow.

I'm playing phone tag with an online professor to show him how to do something on the online course system. Not fun.

At the library today, I checked out Neil Gaiman's Neverwhere--I meant to read it a while ago--and Homeward Bound, The Jungle Book, O Brother, Where Art Thou? No, I still have not seen O Brother, Where Art Thou? Don't know what's taken so long.

Jonothan has a four month check up appointment tomorrow afternoon, and we were going to try and fit Abby in as well, since she's been sick, just like Rachel and I have been. Tonight, however, she's been back to her normal self, so we may not have to get an appointment for her.

At one point tonight, she was falling asleep when I noticed something strange about the book that she was holding. She had taken it apart, and when she noticed that I was looking at her, she softly said, "Nothing." She knew she shouldn't have done it, and was trying to convince me that she was doing nothing. Cheeky girl.

Gaiman

I just finished "American Gods" by Gaiman and it was incredible. I went out and bought "Neverwhere" and "Good Omens". I've started both, and both are wonderful.

Just thought I'd share :)

Hmmm, you know, the lawn's looking like it needs another trim.

Perhaps it's a way for me to have something, anything that I can control?
