Back to work. . .
It's going to be a tough thing going back into work tomorrow. I've been off since Wednesday afternoon--and it only cost me one day. Woo!
Lots of lawnwork was done. Also helped Rachel get her classroom ready for Wednesday.
I will be quitting my part-time job this week. I'll work through this month, so that my boss will be able to plan accordingly. It's a tough decision, but it's a difficult thing to work so many days in a row and not getting to see my family for that many days in a row.
It was interesting to me that Sovereign Marouk on ST:TNG AND Balbricker from Porky's (yes, high class cinema there) were played by the same actress: Nancy Parsons. Apparently, she's got a varied resume including: Sudden Impact, Steel Magnolias, L.A. Law, Night Court, Hardcastle and McCormick (I distinctly remember diving for the remote to change the channel from this one), Charlie's Angels, Remington Steele, The Rockford Files and the list goes on and on. Also didn't realize she died in 2001.
Watched my second ever episode of Arrested Development and wish I'd been watching it since the beginning. Oh well, I'll have to catch up somehow.
Started goofing around with a couple of other free online games--but I'm a bit embarrased to mention them. Perhaps I will lose my shame about them and post links to them sometime. Maybe.
