Blockbuster Imperative

Blockbuster Imperative on Trio tonight reminded me just a little bit of Frontline's The Merchants of Cool (for those that haven't seen it). It was an interesting look at the blockbuster mentality of movie studios, and I'd wished I hadn't missed the first half an hour of it. Didn't even recognize Mark Hamill's voice, since he wasn't whining about going off to Toschi Station. Interestingly enough, The Big One was on IFC at about the same time. Fahrenheit 9/11 is not open for discussion in our household, as it'll cause a wicked row between Rachel and I. Even more interesting was the commercial for the what looks to be abysmal I, Robot. I just have a bad feeling about it--a very, very bad feeling.
LiveJournal's having internal network issues that are supposedly being worked on. For now, I'll have to take what I can get.
