As much as I have loved Firefox, I have to say that I didn't get along with its current incarnation 0.9. There are some problems getting extensions and themes working, as well as problems getting it to even run on a couple of different platforms. Serves me right for updating so quickly.
Since two this afternoon, I've installed 0.9, fought with it a bit, uninstalled it, went on a hunt for the 0.8 download (found it at Download.com), and reinstalled 0.8. Thankfully, my profile information was saved, and it held on to AdBlock, Deepest Sender, and whatever other themes I'd tried out.
Oh, yeah, that Dan Stone is one heck of a guy. I e-mailed him this morning to find out which Deathcab for Cutie song he played on Sound Opinions this past weekend and after lunch there was an e-mail waiting for me with my answer.

and never upgrade to anything as soon as it comes out. I let other people alpha and beta test. In addition before upgrading always save your prior install files. I have all the firebird install files, and all the firefox install files. Save man. Save.
