I was able to hear his show long enough to find out that he was giving away three pairs of tickets to the sold out Pixies show on October 10th. Sadness.

Probably wouldn't have been able to get a sitter as it is.

Our first three Netflix DVD selections were in the post this afternoon--despite Rachel's doubts, and the fact that the Netflix info estimated a delivery date of 6/15/2004. We've started watching the first part of Prime Suspect 3 tonight. Rachel was too tired to go on after going halfway through it. I then ended up flipping between Seven, Pulp Fiction, Delorean, and Bridget Jones' Diary in a fashion that would have driven her insane if she had not gone to bed.

Abby seems to have recovered from the bout of vomiting that she was going through. We debated about going to the ER, and did not go after consulting with the pediatrician on call. Poor girl was in a bad state. She was getting back to her normal self this afternoon, though. She liked the Garfield plush Rachel found in the mall today. He's known as the kitty that burps. Apparently, Rachel and her siblings got toys whenever they were sick. I wonder what that would've been like.

Oh sure, take the side of reason and sanity. : ) Actually, part of the ease in switching channels between all of those shows was the knowledge that I would be drifting off to sleep shortly as well. That, and having seen 3/4 of those films repeatedly, and owning 3/4 of them as well.
