Now, I can't say that the films I've seen by him are my absolute favorites, but they have been something to watch alright--most notably Audition and Ichi the Killer.

I'd read about Gozu somewhere, and would like to watch it sometime. I had NOT, however, heard about Happiness of the Katakuris. Looks interesting.
