Old shoes

It's been a while since my burgundy/wine?/dark maroon? slip on Skechers have left my closet. Mistakes were made--by me, really--and it seemed like a good idea to mow the lawn in them one day (a decision that I was reminded today was an error in judgement).

A few seconds with a slightly moist paper towel got off all the dust, and they're on my feet again.

It's amazing how light and comfortable these shoes are. Why did I stop wearing these? Well, me and my middle class self and family are off to Carols in the Park.
