servermonkeyThere is a house in Babson Park that is painted an obnoxious shade of yellow--no offense to those of you that really like yellow. Really, though, even people who like yellow would have to agree that this house is a bit much. While there were tenants as recently as two years ago, from the looks of it, it seems very deserted--or being prepped for the arrival of say, Leatherface and his family. Well, that's probably not right, either. Anyway, on the property are two fairly good sized sheds. One is a normal white color, and the other is the same shade of yellow as the aforementioned bright house.
On the side of the shed that faces the road, there is a enormous smiley happily greeting anyone driving along old Alternate 27/U.S. 17. Somewhere along the line, perhaps as a result of a dare or something similar, someone has painted a nice red circle and let the paint drip down the smiley face.
While I can't remember smiling at the thing when it was in its normal state, I know I've smiled more seeing the altered version than the original.
I should take a picture sometime.
