Tonight Jon decided to use the Little People bus he and Abby have to recreate what I can only imagine was the beginning of the second season of Veronica Mars. He pushed said bus along a nice little path on the table in the kitchen nook. A few moments later, I could see the bus take flight and then fall violently on the floor. Sadly, the only Little People figure that even remotely resembled Veronica was on the bus. She didn't make it.

Thanks to the i network--previously PAX, I can now relive my youth and watch The Monkees and Welcome Back, Kotter again. They're also running The Partridge Family and a few other shows I remember (though perhaps not as fondly--Green Acres, which I didn't like, though I did like Petticoat Junction which doesn't seem to be on the rotation though) as well. Oh my gosh! Is that James Woods on Welcome Back, Kotter? Well, indeed it is...was.

Anyway, I sit here waxing nostalgic about these shows of questionable quality and wonder how sad that is.

Lastly, I have to thank mineral777Adam for introducing µTorrent to me. Now, I've been using BitComet on and off quite happily for some time now, but µTorrent seems to find peers and download MUCH faster and more reliably--so far anyway. I wish knew what the difference was, but it's exactly as Adam described it: fast and trim. If you're into that sort of thing, try it out and see.
