Stupid monkey!

I hate when I buy things and forget I'd put them in the shopping cart undercarriage--or whatever you call that.

It doesn't happen often, but when it does, it annoys the [expletive of your choice deleted] out of me.

While Rachel was graceful enough to remind that it was, after all, only $3.50 I'm still pretty angry at myself for being so stupid.

Talk about close calls...

Poor Edie Brickell and New Bohemians, they were mostly remembered for either What I Am or Circle. Mostly.

They had a few other songs that were worth listening to, especially the playful minute and a half that was Oak Cliff Bra.

So, I'll have to remember this song come Friday...if I get around to posting music again.

Has the GEICO commercial with Burt Bacharach singing been in rotation very long?

It's just so odd, him sitting there singing what sounded to me like, "I hope I don't get it in the rear again."

No, he was not singing to the gecko but some middle aged woman who was describing an accident she had recently.
