Hmmm, I've never been too much of an Ultima Online fan, but I do know people that used to wake up a four in the morning just to play the game. It was part of their daily routine, and couldn't be missed. Everquest is that way for some people as well. These folks still play some D&D from time to time, but I've found that kind of investment of time in just a partial session isn't at all satisfying.
I do love my cards and such, but I certainly didn't ever wake up at four in the morning to just play. The card games usually went by pretty quickly, unless of course you were playing in a tournament. If regular tournament play was the thing, then a whole day could be shot all to hell.
It's okay to say hella. Now, if you'd written a whole song about something getting you feeling Hella Good, well, then that'd be more questionable. :)
