In the wake of the Oklahoma City bombing, a Hollywood movie company chose to release a Chuck Norris film called Top Dog about terrorists who plot to overthrow the government by blowing up buildings.

A marketing exec from the film company had an interesting defense of the movie. "There's action in Top Dog," she said. "I wouldn't call it violence." The film, which was pitched to kids as a cute dog comedy, featured scenes of people being tortured, shot, blown up, and burned alive.
