I'd been reading about your recent problems with whomever it is signing up accounts and basically being evil. Bummer. I've a couple of IP tracing utilities I'd be happy to share--if they aren't spoofing their IP.
One of them is IP Locatore (http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm). Seemed pretty interesting.
I run NeoTracePro in my office, but it's an actual program you'd have to install. I can get you the demo, if you'd like. The original site for it was taken over by McAfee, I believe. Let me know if that would help as well.
