i went the affordable option which was to have one ripped out every 6-12 months. that way i could save up for each one and i didn't have to pay for general anesthetic.

i was a bit of an expert by the last one and had a minor argument with the dentist (accusing him of trying to rip me off) when he wanted to take a pre-extraction xray :)
