iPod's Dirty Secret?

Hmmm. [link leasds to an imbedded Quicktime movie]

I like the use of N.W.A.'s Express Yourself, but I wonder how accurate this claim is. I get a feeling that there are alternate solutions for this problem.

w00! This day is more than half way done!

What in the world???

Nooooo. I have one, and I've had it since christmas (yes, i know, only 11 months.) But others have had it for much longer, including a friend of mine. No problems.

And you recharge the battery by Firewire to this thing that plugs in to the wall, or you can plug the firewire into your computer. You don't BUY a battery.

...hmph! those apple-haters.

I have a 1G iPod (I bought it in January 2002) and its battery became a serious problem. I think by the time I stopped using it (this summer) I was getting about 30-45 minutes of life out of it. Battery life was supposed to be 4-8 hours. The 2G and 3G iPods are much better from what I hear, batterywise. I've had my 3G iPod for about 4-5 months and have had no battery issues.
