Seems like I did too.

I do feel better about only eating regular hamburgers if I have to go to McDonald's. Unfortunately, this is a new thing, so uh, the results are probably minimal.

Uh, drinking water is good though, uh, right?

i went straight for the spare ribs at the bbq... 700 calories in those babies :)

of course water is good! er... unless of course it's riddled with cholera, hep a or miscellaneous other parasitic nasties which cause gastreo-intestinal trauma and disease. um... sorry... yes, of course water is good!

so true... i'm sure some cholera-infested water would help one lose those unwanted pounds gained after indulging on the bbq spare ribs :)
