that definitely is frightening! now i'm disgusted at myself at ingesting any of that "food" in my lifetime. it's appalling that that can be sold to people with the knowledge of how bad it is. kinda like cigarettes, i guess.
I do feel better about only eating regular hamburgers if I have to go to McDonald's. Unfortunately, this is a new thing, so uh, the results are probably minimal.
i went straight for the spare ribs at the bbq... 700 calories in those babies :)
of course water is good! er... unless of course it's riddled with cholera, hep a or miscellaneous other parasitic nasties which cause gastreo-intestinal trauma and disease. um... sorry... yes, of course water is good!

Yup, if I have to take Taco Bell down, I'm taking some other unhealthy establishments down, too! Besides, we all know TB is going to win the fast food wars of. . .oh, never mind.
