Apparently, Bruce Campbell mentioned a follow up to Bubba Ho Tep at a stop to promote his new book, How to Make Love the Bruce Campbell Way--making special use of his chin, eh? Bubba Nosferatu. . .yeah, that's what it's called.

at the end of the credits of Ho Tep, they tease Bubba Nosferatu (someting along the lines of "The King will return in..."). i think they ment it as a joke, but now it seems to be slowly becoming a real thing. i say good deal!
