Stupid effin article won't load for me. But ack!! No!!

I'm glad, at least, that it wasn't Peter Buck. I've had a flaming, hopeless schoolgirl crush on him since I was ten.

:(

I IDOLIZED Mike E. Mills as a youth. I picked up a bass as a result. Well, his and Flea's influence.

Mike is definitely a cool one. (Remember all those sparkly suits in the early-mid 90s? Heh). But Peter, ohhh...those eyes!

Kinda disappointed in their last effort. Their greatest hits-package that came out a year or so ago was great, though - had this amazing, amazing live version of "Country Feedback" that I just adored.

Wow, I never meet other REM fans. Though when I do, they're almost always terminal geeks (and I say that fondly, being one myself). =)~

Is there no cure for me? I'm terminal in my geekiness?

Oh my.

If there's a cure, I haven't yet found it. Unless I'm to start wearing makeup and pink babydoll tees and replace the M.C. Escher print on my wall with an Anne Geddes picture or some bloody thing. Eh, there are worse fates than geekiness =)~

Well, I'm definitely not wearing a pink babydoll tee. Or makeup.

I think there may have been Anne Geddes in an old apartment. Gift calendar, or something. Maybe.

Mmmm. Escher.
