Qdoba

Or, "Who decided burritos can only have two ingredients, one of which is always beans?"

While IMing with my brother-in-law [livejournal.com profile] nebsllim, he told me of Qdoba. He likened it to a Mexican Subway. I wasn't quite sure what he meant by that.

Guess some of their staff could be tortilla artists?

I know! While it's not quite the same, I'm glad I have a left over grilled stuffed burrito from Taco Bell.

Dunno how far you are from Orlando but if you can get into town sometime, may I suggest (1) Tijuana Flats Burrito Co. and (b) a new chain called Chipotle, both of which kick much booty. Lots of terrific fresh ingredients, and beans are strictly optional. Tijuana Flats especially if you like the hot sauces; they have a sauce bar with a nice selection of things that will make just about anybody cry.

Thanks man! [livejournal.com profile] chandrax93 has raved about Chipotle before, I think.

Would definitely be interested in checking both places out. Sadly, I think I've become a hot sauce lightweight in my older age. My mom would probably LOVE it.

Thanks again.
