Oh Em Gee!

I had no idea that Andy Rourke, Peter Hook and Mani were in the process of putting music together for their band called Freebass!

This feeling is reminiscent of a feeling long ago upon finding out that Bernard Sumner, Johnny Marr, AND Neil Tennant were working together. It took me a lot longer to find out about them though. It wasn't quite as exciting finding out that some members of U2 and R.E.M. worked together though I wouldn't mind hearing the music. But, on a related note, I was VERY happy to hear Warren Zevon with the majority of R.E.M. AND be able to buy that CD.

Megan Morrone

I've missed reading Megan Morrone's Jumping Monkeys. I can't recall what prompted me to head back over there today, but there I was and was happy to find out her site wasn't gone.

It's still there, and there's even a fairly recent interview with her.

Seems like I got a little click happy with a 551 page PDF file I put together--Firefox seems to be choking on it. Well, could be Firefox or could be Adobe Acrobat.

Either way, I'm sitting here waiting to see if my file updloaded correctly or not.
