Update on Luc
Luc went through his procedure very well.
He was in surgery at 10:00 a.m. and was done about 12:30 p.m. or so. He was done with recovery at 5:00 p.m. I spoke with him at about 6:30 this evening and he sounded in good spirits and said he was getting a bit of his appetite back.
The major concern was the pancreatitis which was caused by his gall bladder not functioning properly. Not only were there stones in it, but there was a barrier of sand-like substance between the gall bladder and the pancreas. This was the cause of the irritation to his pancreas.
From what I gathered, he'll be released in two days or so, and he'll be heading home.
