Addictive indeed. . .

I'll have to concur with mippletMip, the Portrait Illustration Maker site is very addictive.

Uh. Hmmm, bullet riddled jeans, a crane and Awesom-O

Gambino Jeans, sadly, there are no images of their jeans with bullet holes in the back pocket at the main site. A play on the Gambino name--since it was associated with a crime family? Fortunately, here is one.

Oh, and if you were the company responsible for destroying this person's house, would you charge for services rendered?

I haven't watched South Park in a long time, and managed to stay awake to see the Awesom-O episode, as well as catch a little bit of Shorties watching Shorties. I should have gone to bed, though.

Manifold cooking?

Shannon Burke talked about Manifold Destiny: The One! The Only! Guide to Cooking on Your Car Engine! a few days ago. Strangest thing I've ever heard of, and I was reminded of it by syreeneSyreene's post about vehicles that used cooking oil for fuel.

Additionally, there are apparently all sorts of other gadgets for vehicles nowadays. One caller suggested running a tube from an A/C vent inside the car to a modified cooler, so you can keep your beer ice cold, obviously.

Yes, it wasn't just me!

That felt this way after watching the Enterprise season finale.

Yahoo! jumps in

Apparently, Yahoo! is now offering a spyware combatant in the form of their Yahoo! Toolbar--mind you, this is for IE. Won't need it for Mozilla Firefox. Heh heh. Won't work for Mozilla, as it is.

Discussion forum about it here.

Perhaps it's a transplant from somewhere else?

Unidentified animal in North Carolina.

I've been going post crazy today, since I'll be away this weekend, and possibly without a PC. If I can sneak my laptop into the van with the Neverwinter Nights CD, all will be well. We're planning to travel to Jacksonville to visit family, and possibly stop in St. Augustine to have a look see. Rachel's never been, and the last time I was there, I was dating someone else, and she and I shared a room with a mutual friend of ours. It was a fun trip, despite seeing all the dead, trapped jellyfish close to the fort when we got up early. The only other times I'd been there were to play a soccer game (Flagler owned us), and when my mom and stepdad traveled there long ago. Ripley's Believe It or Not! was very impressive to me at the time.
