God, do I miss The Maxx on MTV. Actually, I miss the MTV that used to run such things as that.

Ugh

So, nebsllim and I went to partake of some Chinese yumminess.

Things were fine until, in the middle of our conversation I hear, "Excuse me, sir! Hey! You!" I turn around, thinking I'd be witness to something interesting.

"Do you read Spanish? Sir, can you translate this fortune for me? The numbers are in English, but the fortune is in Spanish."

So, I read this woman's fortune, something about following a path with solid roots or some jive. But, WTF? She was really kind of rude, interrupting the way she did. I should've made something up about ignorance and manners, but I didn't. The numbers are in English (and they were numerals, not the words for the numbers)? Huh?

Sigh.
