Went in the house to get the clip, with my Mac 10 at the side of my hip. . .

Nope, have no idea. I don't know why I get such joy whenever this song comes up on Winamp.

Guilty pleasure of mine, I guess.

When I was growing up in Miami, I wasn't hardcore. I just blended in, not really bothering anybody, and not being bothered by anyone. I figured it was good policy, as I didn't want to be part of what was going on with some people. Fights with heads ending up in glass display cases, snorting coke in the bathroom, people getting drunk during lunch and coming back for classes afterwards--all sorts of stuff that happens in High Schools all over. I often wonder how much I just blocked out, and how much I just went with an "Ignorance is bliss" philosophy. I also wonder how I avoided some of this stuff.

i've been with the exact same people since grade three resulting in some pretty tight friendships. the program doesn't allow a person to get around much. i can confidently say that if it weren't for some people, i'd likely be dead in a ditch somewhere. or just hating school even more, heheh.

That's pretty cool having friends like that.

My mom and I moved around something like five times between kindergarten and fifth grade. Kind of tough, that was.

i can't imagine how hard that was for you. the only difficult move was in grade 2, after i took the test and had to switch schools for the program. it hurt me to never see my friends from such a young age again.
