And so, I present my laminated list (that's what Rachel and I call it), or my "celebrity throw-down" list (a.k.a. "celebrity shag list") if you will...
1. Gillian Anderson

4. Natalie Portman
5. Winona Ryder--I know, I know...kind of conflicts with my other recently posted meme.
6. Rose McGowan--despite the Marilyn Manson taint...good point...
7. Sally Wheeler (Carrie from Two of a Kind...I LOVED her...really)
8. Sabrina Lloyd (from Sliders and now NUMB3RS)
9. Katee Sackhoff--and to think, I really didn't like her all that much at first
10. Salma Hayek--and I'm not even really into Hispanic women at all.
A couple of honorable mentions, too:
Uma Thurman
Katie Holmes (but she's now got the Tom Cruise taint, so, uh NO).
EDIT--oh yeah, and Rachel Weisz and Romola Garai as well.
