Er. Blockbuster Online

Whoa, while I sort of expected it, but didn't think it would happen. Blockbuster Online.

i love netflix too. i'm having somewhat of a crisis because the reason i got netflix was because i couldn't afford to get cable and there is never anything on broadcast television. but now i have free cable, and i could save like $200 if i give up netflix. ahh!

Mmmm, that would definitely be a dilemma. I've been making an argument to keep it in my household, despite having and paying for DirecTV. I feel like we're getting a good amount of use out of the service, and saving money, since we'd spend more at Blockbuster if we rented movies during the week and such. I figured we save about half of what we'd typically spend, and we don't have to run the movies anywhere, you know?

At the same time, it's $200 over the course of a year, which does seem like a lot, but not so bad when it's broken down in smaller monthly payments. Heck, if anything, I wish we could up ours to the five at a time plan. I know I would use it. Of course, I'm a movie freak.

yeah
my problem is right now i have two movies that i'm not watching (apocalypse now, casablanca). and if i get rid of the service, i should watch them, but if not i can just mail them back and watch them later.

merp.

next on my list : arsenic and old lace!

Ah, classics! And sadly, I've only seen Apocalypse Now. Must catch up on some of those.
