Maps to the Stars...

According to Variety (via Defamer), Bruce Wagner and David Cronenberg are going to collaborate on Maps to the Stars.

While I wasn't too keen on the Wild Palms mini-series that ABC aired so long ago, I was always intrigued by the Wild Palms strips in the back of the old format Details magazine. Does anyone else recall the thing? Surely, someone must.

Here's hoping they're able to get this thing rolling. I'm VERY curious about it.

On scheduling...

Oh FOX, such contempt you have for Arrested Development...scheduling the last possible episodes of it against the opening ceremonies of the Winter Olympics? I KNOW I'm not the only person to notice this. Eesh...and thankfully we have TiVo so that we can watch it at our leisure.

Now, on the other hand, I do have thank whomever it was at NBC that decided to run Scarface on Bravo. Sheer GENIUS, I tell ya! I mean, really, what other movie speaks to viewers about world unity and working together like Scarface?
