Working, working, working. . .
It's a bad thing when I can't even stay awake to watch a TiVoed episode of classic Battlestar Galactica (the epic Living Legend two parter that introduced Sheba and starred Lloyd Bridges, yeah).
It's also a bad thing when I don't even wake up until about 8:30 a.m. or so--not counting waking up to feed and change Jonothan and not counthing the time his Winnie the Pooh lullaby toy had its button pressed.
So, I didn't quite make it in at 9:00 a.m., but I made it in, and it's been steady enough that there hasn't been too much downtime since.
There hasn't been all that much downtime at my normal job, either, as is evidenced by the sparse entries last week. A lot of changes are underway at my office, and while I can't reveal everything, I can hope that things will work out for the best.
Apparently, The Sims 2 University is being released on my birthday. Woo! Not like I'll buy it, as I don't have The Sims 2 yet.
Weird dream last night. In the dream, our house was being invaded by roaches of all sorts of sizes and types. I kept Raiding them (or was it Black Flag?) as best I could, but the things would not relent. They'd drop and end up becoming a crunchy mess, only to be followed by more and more insistent roaches. It was something akin to the scene where the bugs laid the trap for the humans in Starship Troopers--but on a miniaturized scale. Horrifying. Wish I knew what it meant.
I must not have had enough R.E.M. sleep during the course of the week. I hope I don't have that kind of dream tonight.
