Be cool. . .

I've been skirting around telling someone that an e-mail problem is actually USER error and something that can be blamed on e-mail servers, or a workstation, or something to that effect.

It's really easy, click "Reply" and your e-mail will go to whomever originally sent it to you. I have NO CONTROL over students' missing assignments when they have NOT even sent them!

Sigh.

How do some of these people even get their doctorates? How?
