I just spent an hour and forty five minutes on the phone doing some printer support. This is why I hate the phone.
Fortunately, the person I was working with this on is probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Fortunately. There are some folk with whom a five second phone support call would be unbearable enough. Thankfully, this was not the case here. Silver lining, silver lining. . .
